(1) Conductor 　　

Conductors are the conductive parts of wires and cables, used to transmit electrical energy and are the main components of wires and cables. 　　

(2) Insulation layer　　

The insulation layer is an essential component in the structure of wires and cables, which electrically isolates conductors from the ground and conductors of different phases to ensure the transmission of electrical energy.　

　

(3) Shielding layer　　

Wires and cables of 15KV and above generally have conductor shielding layers and insulation shielding layers.　　

(4) Protective layer 　　

The function of the wire protection layer is to protect the wire and cable from the invasion of external impurities and moisture, as well as to prevent direct damage to the power cable from external forces.
